A private holding company

Human systems fail in predictable ways.
We build the ways around them.

The Heavyscent Group holds companies in mobility, biological systems, and orbital infrastructure. We do not manage people. We manage the conditions people fail inside of — and we remove the failure.

Operating companies

Three companies. One standard.

Each company speaks in its own voice and answers for its own work. The Group's voice is this page. The distinction is deliberate.

Operating principles

Administration over enthusiasm.

01

People are not the problem. Variance is.

Given identical conditions, human beings produce unacceptably different outcomes. The Group's work is to narrow the conditions until the outcomes converge.

02

Control is a form of care.

An unmanaged population harms itself at scale, predictably, and then asks why no one intervened. We intervene earlier, more quietly, and without applause.

03

Nothing is terminated that can be administered.

Extermination is waste. Every asset — material, biological, human — is first assessed for continued use under improved management.

Group structure

Holdings, in full.

The Group publishes its complete structure. Completeness is a courtesy; it is also a reminder.
